The easy way to redeem your Poin Xtra with GarudaMiles:

• Check the amount of your Poin Xtra via CIMB Niaga ATM/Private Phone Banking 1500 800/CIMB Clicks.
• The minimum redeemable number of Poin Xtra is 3,500 points worth 250 GarudaMiles. Further multiples of 3,500 Poin Xtra points may be redeemed for 250 GarudaMiles each.

Terms & Conditions

• This program only applies to individual customers of IDR savings account holder (CIMB Niaga Xtra Savings, CIMB Preferred Account, CIMB Private Banking Account, Business Savings, ON Accounts, Junior/Junior iB Savings).
• Poin Xtra is redemeed via Private Phone Banking 1500 800 and shall be credited to the GarudaMiles account on behalf of the Customer (9-digit GarudaMiles member number).
• Poin Xtra redemption only applies to Customers who have become members of GarudaMiles with the redemption carried out on behalf of the customer.
• Customers who are not members of GarudaMiles, should sign up to the www.garudamiles.com or Garuda call center in 08041807807 to redeem Poin Xtra as GarudaMiles.
• Poin Xtra conversion to GarudaMiles takes 7 working days maximum.
