1. The program applies to purchases of Sompo - Travel Xtra insurance products, by CIMB Niaga Employees via OCTO Clicks using Promo Code SFYKAR1
2. The program period is valid monthly until June 30 2024.
3. Promo code must be activated via OCTO Clicks no later than the end of the month of the period, By :

   Login to OCTO Clicks – Click the Promotion Code Menu – Input Promo Code – Click the CONTINUE Button

   Example : for employees who purchase products in the period 1-31 May 2024, the latest date for activating the promo code on OCTO Clicks is 31 May 2024.

4. Cashback percentage of 30% is Gross (before income tax is deducted), cashback payments to Employees will be deducted from income tax in accordance with applicable tax provisions (Tax is borne by Employees).
